I had an emergency and had to get my tooth pulled and immediately had an implant put in place. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr Junaid Mundiya treated me. From answering all my questions and explaining what was going to take place to even the follow up care. I called and he got on the phone with me. I highly recommend him.

Had my wisdom teeth taken out and every single person from the receptionist to the dental assistant and then the oral surgeon Dr. Mundiya himself made me feel comfortable and welcome. He explained everything that I needed to know before during and after the extractions. Barely any wait time and the procedure was quick and as painless as getting a tooth extracted can be. Next day follow up call from office came early to check in and make sure I was ok from front desk. Highly recommend this office.

I would like to thank Dr. First and Sandy for their kindness and expertise when I went in to have a back tooth removed. Their kindness and reassurance went a long way in making the experience as painless as possible. Hopefully, I won't need another tooth removed for a while, but a BIG THANKS to both of them. Horrible front desk lady! I asked for a price to remove a tooth and she was going around about not answering my questions, talking over me and then started saying I was talking over her, probably just to save face on the phone because people were listening at her on the call! If you going to get any work done I highly recommend the dentist Dr. Jonke, but make sure you go to the SMITHTOWN OFFICE NOT STONY BROOK! LIKE I SAID, EXTREMELY RUDE OFFICE PERSONNEL!

Just finished appt with Dr Guariglia It went very smoothly. Dr has great bedside manner. Was a very positive painless experience. Highly recommend this practice. Staff is also very nice abd informative

If you want to be overcharged and billed for things you did not receive then this is the place for you. My husband went here for a tooth extraction and they overcharged us by $120 and billed our insurance for anesthesia which he did not receive. Trying to get this refunded has been ridiculous! Been over a month of back and forth with them! Will never go back here again!!!

I was able to get an appointment immediately and the cost was great. I was cared for and pampered. I received a call the next day to check on me. I was not in pain at all!!!!!! Definitely recommend.

For anyone considering going to Suffolk Oral Surgery, get it over with first of all and do it here! I went in for two extractions, left upper 2nd molar that was super erupted, due to it’s bottom counterpart tooth just never having grown in, and my front right canine, a baby tooth that recently started getting bad cavities (along with the adult tooth behind it in my gum-line, so technically 3 teeth). I was very nervous as I never had something like this done, only basically minor fillings in terms of dental work, and only a tonsillectomy in terms of other surgeries. I arrived on time and the staff was very pleasant and polite, answered all the questions I had and gave me detailed instructions on post op care. I took the deep sedation route because, well, just no for the other option lol. Dr. Jamdar was amazing, properly inserted the needle in my left hard, barely felt it and shortly thereafter it was completely painless, and quick to ME lol. I felt like I was in the chair for 5 minutes but apparently this took an hour. The stiches were placed properly and even on day 1 (let me not jinx this) I am not in much pain at all, just uncomfortable at the fact that I cannot eat much or drink from a straw. The nurses (if that is the proper term, my apologies if not) were amazing and had such a caring touch to them, especially the woman who gave me that motherly care feeling by holding my right hand as the needle went in and the procedure started - and I am someone who doesn’t like being touched by my family/friends/partner all that much, so it was a shock of relief to have felt so at peace with everyone there. Thank you for the wonderful experience and I look forward to completing my work here with an implant for the canine soon!

I was seen by Dr. First for impacted wisdom teeth removal. Dr. First was extremely knowledgable and patient, being i had never had any type of surgery in my life he was very thorough in his explanation of the process and was accommodating to my anxiety. My teeth extraction went off flawlessly thanks to his exceptional skill. I left feeling relieved to have been treated by someone so experienced and with a great team. My post op follow up appointment went great, Dr. First had great bedside manner and again answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I recommend his expertise to any who have any dental or oral issues.

My whole experience was 5 star. The staff is courteous and helpful and make everything go smoothly. Dr. First is patient and calming. Nothing is rushed. Everyone gives you the feeling that they are interested in you personally andf not just doing a job. I am so pleased that this practice was recommended to me.

Extremely Skilled, competent and professional. Dr. Jamdar removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth. I was very nervous coming in to the procedure but Dr. Jamdar and his team helped me feel comfortable and at ease. The procedure went very well and I couldn't be more appreciative. I highly recommend Dr. Jamdar. He is excellent at explaining the process of everything and answered all of my questions and then some throughout the entire process.

So I had a very serious pain in my mouth regarding an implant that had to be taken out . I gave them my insurance several days ago to see if I was covered foe the removal of the implant. They did not call my Cigna insurance company to check my coverage. I went into the office thinking I would have this infected implant removed. The Dr John Guariglia I thought was going to remove the implant but instead it was a a consultation. I was very upset and they wanted to charge me $700 out of my pocket to have the implant removed ,they stated they would put in the claim to see if I was covered. I called my insurance and they stated it looks like you would be covered 100% or at least maybe 40% because there are so many options of covers regarding dental implants.Very disappointed and walked out of office .would not recommend these group of oral surgeons

Outstanding care...I went in for a wisdom tooth evaluation & within 20 minutes my tooth was out...Sandy took very good care of me before the extraction & after (beautiful woman) & Dr G was Outstanding no pain & recovery was easy...I highly recommend these fine people 😀

very fast very professional. price was misquoted with just a local no anesthesia.. very VERY VERY EXPENSIVE quoted at $137 had to pay $590 FOR A tooth extraction :(.. shop around don't just go with your dentist recommendation..
