I cannot recommend Dr. John Guariglia and his team highly enough! This was the first time I’ve ever had a tooth extracted, and I was naturally a bit nervous, but I don't think the experience could have gone better anywhere else. From the very beginning, the office staff—Carolyn, Corrine, and Melanie—were absolutely wonderful to deal with. they went above and beyond to coordinate all the necessary steps with my other doctors prior to my visit, making the administrative side of things seamless. During the procedure, Dr. Guariglia and his assistant, Emma, worked like a well-oiled machine. They were professional, efficient, and had me in and out of the chair in short order with zero pain during the extraction. While there was some expected discomfort later that day, it was easily managed with the prescribed medication. By the next day, I felt better than ever! If you are looking for a skilled oral surgeon with a world-class team, this is the place to go.

My dad William Wilson just went there on Monday to have a tooth pulled. While sitting in the chair ready to have the tooth pulled they had him sign paperwork. They charged 135 dollars for a specialist consultation but he never received a consultation just the tooth pulled and X-rays. All in all bill came to 756 dollars for a lower front tooth. Seems like robbery!

Dr Junaid Mundiya and the team are lifesavers. My original dentist had complications removing a wisdom tooth that was bothering me for months. I had to find an oral surgeon who could remove the tooth ASAP or the pain would be excruciating. I must’ve called 5 different dental specialists before I found this team of experts on google just a short ride from my home. The next available appointment from all the rest would be till Monday the following week but the office at Suffolk oral surgery associates gave me peace of mind and to rush over right away. They helped translate the paperwork and answered all my questions and kept me calm during the whole process. It was painless and didn’t take more than 5 minutes. I was blown away. Affordable price out of pocket and well worth it. Thanks again

Called in to get an appointment for a tooth extraction. Was told sure they have an appointment available. So I race from North Babylon to Holbrook because my pain level was at a 10 which I explained over the phone. They give me 3 pages of paperwork to fill out. Once filled out they tell me today will just be a consultation. So 30 miles traveled roundtrip for NOTHING

Firstly, l suffer from extreme dental anxiety and have since my childhood during the primitive era of dentistry in the 1950s and 60s. I needed to have a molar and the wisdom tooth behind it extracted and my regular dentist, who is great, sent me to Dr. Guariglia. He did a great, pain free, incredibly skilled job of extracting the teeth and doing a bone graft for a future implant. There was virtually no post-operative pain or swelling and though I had the prescription for painkillers filled, I did not need them. I didn’t even need Tylenol or an NSAID. There was only minor bleeding afterwards but it only lasted a few hours. Given the level of anxiety that I experienced beforehand, I realized the worry was totally unwarranted. I give my highest praise and recommendation to Dr. Guariglia and his excellent staff. Dentistry and dental surgery have advanced light years since my childhood. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Mundiya and the incredible team. Like many, I was extremely anxious and nervous about my tooth extraction. Jessica was an angel and held my hand. I had a a decaying wisdom removed. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff made me feel completely at ease. They were kind, patient, and took the time to explain every step of the process, answering all my questions thoroughly. The office environment was calm and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Mundiya to anyone in need of oral surgery, especially if you have dental anxiety. Such a great experience with Dr. First and this oral surgery team! My 10 year old was nervous, but everyone made him feel so comfortable. Ms. Sandy and the other assistants were absolute angels so patient, sweet, and amazing. And Dr. First himself? Super knowledgeable, took his time explaining everything, and had my son laughing before he even sat in the chair. We even forgive him for being an Islanders fan 🧡 Truly a wonderful group who cares about their patients. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a friendly and skilled oral surgery office!

To say it was quick and painless would be an understatement. The staff was very kind and put me at ease. Great conversation with the assistants while I waited for the Novacain to kick in. I visited Dr. Mundiya's office today for a procedure to extract two roots, and despite initial nerves, I was blown away by his professionalism and care. The interview process beforehand was a bit overwhelming, but Dr. Mundiya took the time to calmly explain everything and put me at ease. His dental assistants were also super helpful. Dr.Mundiya made the whole experience quick and painless. I wasn't expecting the financial aspect, but Dr.Mundiya and his team was transparent and supportive. Highly recommend Dr. Mundiya to anyone looking for a caring and skilled ORAL SURGEON.

My Dentist said (2) infected lower molars needed to be pulled and had bone loss. Dr. Jonke pulled (1) without any pain or complications. The other he saved so I didn't need an implant!

All the staff was kind, even tho I was fit in at the last minute towards the end of the day. I'm sure everyone wanted to go home, but yet I was treated with kindness ad patience. Alice sat with me the entire time. I was nervous getting the fluid drained from my cheek. She kept me company and kept me calm. Dr.Mundiya explained everything to me and was very kind. It was the end of the day and I'm sure everyone wanted to go home, but all were kind and helped me in what was a scary moment for me. I felt safe and well taken care of. Would absolutely recommend

Dr. Mundiya and Staff helped myself and my Mother during her visit. My mother has Alzheimers - doing anything "routine" is a process . I was so nervous going in, thinking it's all going to be s*@t show! I must say it wasn't nearly as bad a I thought it would be! From taking the x-ray to having her tooth extracted, it all went smoothly. The staff was compassionate and patient as was Dr. Mundiya. He told me the results of the X-ray and what the extraction would be like straightforward -that is such a help when already dealing with an alzheimers patient! I would definitely recommend this office.

I had 3 teeth pulled in this office and will ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO BACK! The finance lady in this office will cost them business in the future I GAURANTEE it ! There are multiple bad reviews about her and her tricks and scams! Trying to charge people while they are asleep on anesthesia!!!!! News 12 should be called on her!!!! Do not use this office because of her
